No-show and Cancellation Policy

📌No refunds will be issued for no-shows

📌Class cancellation can be done freely 12 hours ahead of the class.
📌12시간 이전 건에 대해서는 자유롭게 취소 가능합니다.

📌Please let the tutor know when the cancellation is last minute.
📌급박하게 취소하는 경우, 튜터에게 사유를 알려주세요.

📌If you do not join the class within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be considered a no-show.
📌수업에 15분 접속하지 않는 경우, 노쇼로 간주합니다.
