안녕하세요! Hi everyone! I'm Jin Young, a certified Korean language teacher from South Korea! 🇰🇷 Whether you're learning Korean from scratch, struggling to speak confidently, or looking to take your Korean to the next level, I'm here to help you! My teaching journey began in 2018, when I was living in Singapore and started helping my international friends learn Korean. What started as a simple joy of sharing my language and culture grew into my passion for teaching. Today, with 8 years of teaching experience and over 10,000 hours of lessons, I've dedicated myself to helping Korean learners build their language skills and confidence. Alongside teaching Korean, I've also worked as an English teacher at an English kindergarten in Korea. Teaching both Korean and English has helped me grow as an educator, broaden my perspective on language learning, and continuously refine my teaching methods. Through these experiences, I've learned how important it is to understand each student's individual needs and adapt my approach to help them learn effectively. Beyond the classroom, I also create Korean language and culture content on Instagram and other social media platforms, connecting with Korean learners from around the world. I'm excited to begin a new chapter on Haru and meet even more amazing students here!

Korean for Kids Fun, age-appropriate lessons using stories, songs, games, and interactive activities to help children build foundational Korean skills. 🎯 5. TOPIK Preparation Structured lessons focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and exam practice to help you work toward your target TOPIK level. ✈️ 6. Korean for Travel Learn practical Korean for real-life travel situations, including airports, cafés, restaurants, markets, public transportation, and asking for directions. 💛 My Teaching Philosophy I believe that every student learns at a different pace, has different goals, and deserves a learning experience that truly fits them. For me, teaching isn't just about explaining grammar or correcting pronunciation. It's about building a genuine connection with each student and creating an environment where they feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow. I believe the true beauty of language comes to life when we use it to connect with others and share our thoughts and feelings.
